The property seemed fairly clean and the room was absolutely fantastic. All the staff was amiable, resolved my issues. I liked the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Had breakfast in the bar. The location was favourable - just off Greenville as well as Mississippi. I checked out Greenville Country Club, that was set not too far from the property. It was great time in Greenville.

I recently stayed at Tru By Hilton in Greenville for a quick visit to my hometown. The hotel's location was perfect, and the front desk clerk went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Despite a problem with the air conditioning in our room, she provided us with a fan and the manager even discounted our stay. the hotel staff was attentive and accommodating.

Despite a few issues, I would recommend this hotel. The bathroom could have been cleaner, and there were some maintenance issues, but the positive aspects of our stay outweighed these minor inconveniences.
